Engineered with a folded-edge track frame and 4-wheel drive. Enhanced track levelling cylinders and high-pressure piston travel motors deliver outstanding gradeability up to 30° on rough terrain.
Delivers up to 2000 N·m rotary torque and 0-140 rpm speed. Incorporates an oil cylinder-leaf chain drive system with 25 kN lifting force for smooth feed operation and long service life.
Enlarged pitch and boom lift cylinders satisfy extreme drilling angles (Beam tilt down 135°, up 50°, total 185°), supporting horizontal hole drilling heights from 350 mm to 2750 mm.
KG420BH comes standard with a QZA-90 (8-element) dry dust collector, with an optional QZA-120 (12-element) upgrade, ensuring dust-free quarry operations and operator safety.
The protective housing features thickened, folded-edge structural steel profiles to resist deformation. Additional reinforced lifting eyes ensure safe and quick crane loading/unloading.
