Featuring an upgraded structural chassis, folded-frame crawler tracks, plunger-piston walking motors, and an enlarged hydraulic displacement system, the KG510 series offers higher torque delivery, increased climbing capacity (up to 30°), and rock-solid stability during extended bench blasting operations.
Powered by an upgraded hydraulic rotary head providing up to 3,000–3,500 N·m of rotary torque and 0–100/110 rpm stepless speed control. Prevents drill bit jamming in fractured strata and accelerates penetration in hard rock.
The oil cylinder-leaf chain propulsion system provides a robust 40 kN lifting force and a 3,000 mm stroke. Augmented by a 900 mm carriage compensation cylinder to ground firmly against uneven bench toe surfaces.
High-pressure plunger piston tramming motors paired with engineering track rollers deliver 0–3.5 km/h travel speed, ≤30° gradeability, and ±10° track oscillation for superior traction on steep mountain benches.
The KG510H model features an enlarged suction volume dry dust collection unit with dual capture cylinders. Traps heavy rock dust at the hole collar to maintain clean jobsite air and protect operator health.
Multi-joint boom delivers a 185° total beam tilt, 100° beam swing, and 90° boom swing. Capable of drilling horizontal blast holes from a minimum 350/900 mm up to 2,850/3,700 mm elevation, as well as vertical and inclined toe holes.
