Equipped with two independent powerplants—a Yuchai Tier 3 diesel engine (58 kW) and a high-efficiency electric motor (YE3-250M-4, 55 kW). Allows seamless switching to electric drive when grid power is available to slash operating costs and eliminate emissions.
Upgraded with dual hydraulic rotation motors delivering up to 5,000 N·m maximum torque at 0–90 rpm. Powers through large-diameter blast holes (up to 152 mm) in hard, broken, or abrasive bedrock (f=6–20) without stalling.
Features an enlarged feed hydraulic cylinder paired with heavy-duty roller chain providing 40 kN lifting force. Plunger piston tramming motors deliver high hydraulic operating pressure, allowing the crawler to conquer 30° slopes.
The KG420SH model includes a standard QZA-120 high-capacity dry cyclone dust collector (12 filter elements, upgradable to QZA-140 with 16 elements for holes >130 mm), ensuring clean, safe, and environmentally compliant quarry drilling.

A: The rig integrates two independent powerplants that operate separately. In remote sites without power infrastructure, it runs on the 58 kW Yuchai diesel engine; on electrified sites, it switches to the 55 kW YE3 electric motor, cutting energy costs by up to 50% with zero emissions.
A: The KG420S/SH increases drilling diameter from 130 mm to 152 mm, more than doubles rotary torque from 2,000 N·m to 5,000 N·m via dual hydraulic motors, increases lifting force from 25 kN to 40 kN with a roller chain, and adds an electric motor for dual-power capability.
