Specifically engineered for low-height mines and tunnels with a compact machine height of only 1465 mm (up to 1985 mm with canopy raised). Easily drills vertical, inclined, and horizontal blast holes across tunnel cross-sections ranging from 3.5m × 1.8m up to 5m × 4.8m in any hard rock conditions.
Fitted with a heavy-duty K 26 self-leveling boom offering 1200 mm telescopic extension, 1600 mm feed extension, and 360° feed beam rollover. Paired with high-frequency stepped piston drifters (HC50 13 kW or HC95/RD18U 18–20 kW at 57–62 Hz) for fast penetration, reduced steel wear, and side-opening/bolting flexibility.
Built on a 2000 mm wide articulated 4WD carrier powered by a Cummins B3.9CS4-80C diesel engine (59 kW) for narrow tunnel tramming, paired with a 45/55 kW electro-hydraulic power pack for zero-emission drilling, multidisc brakes, emergency braking, and a certified FOPS & ROPS lifting safety canopy.

The Kaishan KJ212 low-profile hydraulic underground mining jumbo is specifically engineered for high-speed drifting, tunneling, and production preparation across medium-to-hard rock headings:
The KJ212 is a specialized low-profile jumbo designed with a lower transport height (1465 mm vs 1850 mm on the KJ211) and a wider 2000 mm track base. It features the upgraded K 26 drill boom with an extended 1200 mm boom extension (compared to 800 mm on the KJ211), providing larger lateral coverage suitable for low-height, wide headings.
The KJ212 can be configured with an HC50 hydraulic drifter (13 kW, Φ32–76 mm) or an HC95 / RD18U drifter (18–20 kW, Φ42–89 mm). The electro-hydraulic power station is equipped with 45 kW or 55 kW electric motors operating at 380V/50Hz (custom international voltages available upon request).
