Drilling deep groundwater, agricultural irrigation wells, and geothermal heat pump boreholes through complex geological formations—such as loose soil, riverbed gravel, boulders, and fractured hard granite (f=6–20)—typically demands multiple machines. Traditional rotary table rigs struggle in bedrock, while conventional DTH hammer rigs bog down in wet clay and silt.
The Kaishan KW600C solves this challenge with a hybrid "Gas & Water" dual-mode drilling architecture. Its large-through-hole top drive spindle accommodates high-pressure compressed air, foamed mist, and heavy drilling mud. Operating at penetration rates up to 10 times faster than conventional mechanical rotary drills, the KW600C maximizes contractor ROI on deep borehole projects up to 600 meters.

Heavy-duty telescoping mast delivers a massive 30-ton (30T) rig lifting force with an extended 6.6-meter one-time advance stroke, allowing direct handling of standard 6-meter drill pipes and heavy casing strings without frequent tripping.
Hydraulic top-drive power head provides up to 8,850–13,150 N·m of rotary torque and 45–140 r/min stepless speed. Features a large hollow spindle diameter compatible with air flushing, foam injection, and positive displacement mud pumps.
Four heavy-duty hydraulic outriggers feature an extended 1.7-meter vertical travel stroke. Enables rapid chassis leveling on steep uneven ground and permits direct self-loading/unloading onto flatbed transport trucks without requiring a crane.
Integrated visual compression and decompression hydraulic feed mechanism allows the driller to precisely adjust weight-on-bit (WOB) as hole depth increases, preventing drill string deflection and bit premature wear.
Comes standard with a 2-ton auxiliary hydraulic winch for tool and casing hoisting, swing-out centralizer guide, hydraulic rod breakout wrench, and pre-plumbed hydraulic ports for onboard welding and foam injection pumps.

To achieve maximum penetration across 140–400 mm boreholes down to 600 meters, the KW600C connects seamlessly with the following high-pressure equipment packages:
Kaishan LGCY-27/25, LGCY-33/25, or KSCY-850/25 (25–35 bar, 27–33 m³/min) for fast rock penetration with 6"/8" DTH hammers.
BW-250 or BW-450 heavy reciprocating mud pumps for wall stabilization and drilling through loose gravel, sand, and clay strata.
A: The KW600C is engineered as a hybrid "gas and water" rig. Its overhead power head has a large-diameter hollow spindle that allows seamless switching between high-pressure compressed air (for DTH hammers in rock) and mud pumping (for rotary drag/tricone bits in soil, sand, and gravel).
A: The 1.7-meter extra-long hydraulic outrigger stroke allows the machine to elevate above standard flatbed trailer height. The truck can back directly underneath the elevated rig, allowing self-loading and unloading without hiring an expensive mobile crane.
