Features a folded crawler chassis, a standard heavy-duty engineering track system, and ±10° track-leveling cylinders driven by plunger piston motors for high ground pressure and 30° climbing capability.
Enlarged feed cylinder and heavy leaf chain generate 25 kN lifting force. The rotary drive provides 2,000 N·m maximum torque at 0–140 rpm, effectively preventing drill tool sticking in fractured rock.
The KG420BH configuration includes an integrated dry cyclone dust collector (standard QZA-90 with 8 filter elements, optional QZA-120 with 12 elements), ensuring dust-free, environmentally compliant drilling.

A: The rig matches standard 3-inch and 4-inch DTH hammers (e.g., HD35, HD45, DHD340 shanks) and handles Φ64×3000 mm or Φ76×3000 mm drill pipes for drilling hole diameters of 90 mm to 130 mm up to an economical depth of 25 meters.
