Upgraded with high-pressure plunger tramming motors to boost working pressure, improve track traction, and achieve strong ≤30° climbing gradeability on steep quarry benches.
Features enlarged pitch and lift hydraulic cylinders with 185° total beam tilt (down 135°, up 50°) and 145° swing. Upgraded hydraulic flow accelerates rotation speed (0–120 rpm) with 2,000 N·m torque, allowing effortless vertical, inclined, and low horizontal toe-hole blast drilling (min height: 350 mm; max: 2,750 mm).
Built with thickened structural steel housing profiles, integrated hoisting rings for safe crane loading, and an inclined guide rail for easier visual monitoring. Outfitted with an onboard heavy-duty dust collector (standard QZA-90 8-filter or optional QZA-120 12-filter) to ensure clean, eco-compliant jobsite operations.

A: The KD35S is a split crawler drill rig requiring an external air supply of 10–17 m³/min. We recommend pairing it with Kaishan portable diesel screw air compressors such as the KP425-10 YC (10 bar) or KM570-12/15 YC (12/15 bar) based on your hole diameter and hose distance.
A: Yes. The KD35S features expanded pitch and lifting cylinders, allowing a minimum horizontal hole height of just 350 mm and a maximum horizontal height of 2,750 mm, providing excellent coverage for quarry floor toe blasting.
A: When drilling holes exceeding Φ90 mm in diameter or working in high-dust formations, the optional QZA-120 (12 filter elements) dust collector should be selected to ensure optimal suction capacity and compliance with environmental regulations.
