Patented composite arm design with dual lifting cylinders delivers up to 15T–20T rig lifting power. The 3.4m one-time advance stroke handles standard 1.5m, 2m, and 3m drill pipes with built-in cylinder safety limiters.
Integrated gearbox with hydraulic motor and speed reducer delivers 4,200–5,600 N·m torque. A fast distribution valve provides 3-gear speed regulation (40–70 r/min, max up to 150–160 r/min) for both air and water drilling.
Four heavy-duty hydraulic outriggers enable rapid chassis leveling on slopes and rough terrain, allowing the rig to elevate and self-load directly onto flatbed transport trailers without a mobile crane.
Weighing only 5,600 kg with an ultra-slim 1.8m width, the KW260 features durable steel tracks (optional road-friendly rubber tracks), minimizing lawn and road surface damage while offering 30° climbing ability.
