The Kaishan KW200R is the optimal solution for contractors seeking maximum portability. Built with high-grade road-friendly rubber tracks and an ultra-narrow 1,700 mm footprint, the KW200R delivers exceptional maneuverability in tight city alleys and rural homesteads. Operating up to 10 times faster than conventional rotary drills, it enables drillers to switch instantly between high-pressure air hammer percussion for hard rock (f=6–20) and mud circulation for loose sand, silt, and clay formations.
Powered by a fuel-efficient 65 kW Quanchai industrial engine coupled with an independent hydraulic pump design, ensuring strong hydraulic flow, low fuel consumption, and economical long-term maintenance.
Equipped with heavy-duty rubber tracks (steel tracks optional) that travel across lawns, residential brick pavers, and asphalt without surface gouging. Features 30° climbing capacity and 0–2.5 km/h tramming speed.
Patented composite arm design delivers 13T (130 kN) rig lifting power with integrated cylinder safety limiters. The 3.4m advance stroke accommodates standard 1.5m, 2m, and 3m drill pipes smoothly.
High-torque top drive head delivers 3,300–4,700 N·m torque and 45–65 r/min (fast valve regulation up to 150–160 r/min). Large hollow spindle allows air flushing, foam mist, and mud drilling without head swaps.
