Combines the heavy DTH percussion rock drilling system and an onboard two-stage screw air compressor (18 m³/min @ 22 bar / 319 psi) onto a single self-propelled crawler chassis. Powered by a single 235 kW (320 HP) Yuchai YCA08320 diesel engine via rear flywheel and PTO outputs, it eliminates the need to tow a trailer compressor, reduces jobsite fuel burn by up to 25%, and avoids trailing air-hose hazards.
Features a heavy-duty articulated drill boom with a 148° beam tilt angle, 1,500 mm compensation stroke, 4,510 mm feed stroke, and 37 kN propelling force. The mechanised 7+1 carousel for 4-meter (Φ64/Φ76 mm) rods, floating joint module, automatic thread lubrication, and electro-hydraulic anti-jamming system enable single-operator deep drilling down to 32 meters.
Equipped with an ergonomic, climate-controlled operator cabin certified to international ROPS & FOPS safety standards with low interior noise below 85 dB(A) and hydraulic pilot controls. Built on a 13,000 kg heavy-duty crawler undercarriage with ±10° track oscillation and 355 mm ground clearance, ensuring steady tramming across 25° quarry slopes.
