Features dual independent power units: a 58 kW Yuchai Tier 3 diesel engine and a 55 kW YE3 electric motor. Enables zero-emission, low-noise electric operation inside underground mines and tunnels, while retaining diesel tramming autonomy on surface sites.
The multi-angle articulated boom structure delivers a full 360° beam swing (left 180° / right 180°) and 270° beam tilt (down 135° / up 135°). Easily drills vertical, inclined, and horizontal blast holes, roof-bolting holes, and underground water detection holes.
Driven by dual hydraulic rotary motors generating up to 5,000 N·m maximum torque at 0–90 rpm, paired with 40 kN lifting force. Provides exceptional anti-jamming torque when penetrating fractured bedrock and fault zones (f=6–20).
Wide elevation adjustment enables horizontal face drilling from an ultra-low 350 mm up to 3,500 mm above ground level. Ideal for tunnel perimeter contouring, bench bottom toe-hole blasting, and deep gallery heading excavation.

A: The KQLG-115 is engineered for both underground mining and surface projects. It incorporates dual diesel-electric powerplants (zero emissions in tunnels), a full 360° beam swing, and 270° beam tilt, allowing it to drill vertical, angled, and horizontal blast and water detection holes anywhere across the excavation face.
A: Inside underground headings, the rig plugs directly into 380V grid power and operates entirely via its 55 kW electric motor, producing zero exhaust fumes, low heat, and reduced ventilation costs. When moving between mining faces or on surface sites without electric cables, the 58 kW Yuchai diesel engine provides full self-propelled mobility.
