Combines the DTH percussion rock drilling system and an onboard screw air compressor (12 m³/min @ 15 bar / 218 psi) onto a single self-propelled crawler chassis. Driven by a single 176 kW (240 HP) Yuchai YCA07240 diesel engine via the rear flywheel and PTO outputs, it eliminates the need to tow a trailer compressor, reduces jobsite fuel burn by up to 25%, and avoids trailing air-hose hazards.
Equipped with an automated 7+1 drill rod carousel, floating slide module, and automatic thread lubrication for single-operator deep drilling down to 24 meters with Φ64 × 3,000 mm rods. The automatic electro-hydraulic anti-jamming system continuously monitors rotation and feed pressure and automatically retracts to prevent tools from getting stuck in fractured rock formations.
Features an enclosed, climate-controlled operator cabin certified to international ROPS & FOPS safety standards with low interior noise below 85 dB(A) and hydraulic pilot joysticks. Built on a 13,800 kg heavy-duty crawler undercarriage with 120 kN traction, 430 mm ground clearance, and ±10° track leveling for steady gradeability on 25° quarry slopes.
