Combines the heavy DTH rock drilling system and an onboard two-stage screw compressor (18 m³/min @ 17 bar / 246 psi) onto a single crawler chassis. Powered by a single 228 kW Yuchai YC6L310 non-road diesel engine driving both compressor and hydraulics via flywheel and PTO outputs, it eliminates trailing air hoses and cuts jobsite diesel fuel burn by up to 25%.
Features an automated 7+1 drill rod carousel, floating slide carriage, and automatic thread lubrication module, enabling single-operator deep drilling down to 32 meters. The electro-hydraulic anti-jamming system continuously monitors rotational torque and feed pressure, automatically retracting to prevent stuck tools in fractured rock.
Outfitted with an enclosed, climate-controlled safety cabin meeting international ROPS & FOPS certifications with low interior noise below 85 dB(A). The 15,000 kg heavy-duty chassis features 430 mm ground clearance and ±10° track oscillation, delivering steady gradeability on 25° quarry slopes.
