Combines heavy DTH percussion rock drilling and an onboard two-stage screw air compressor (20 m³/min @ 22 bar / 319 psi) onto a single self-propelled crawler chassis. Powered by a massive 295 kW (400 HP) Yuchai YCK09400 diesel engine, it eliminates trailer compressor towing, cuts jobsite fuel burn by up to 25%, and avoids trailing air-hose hazards.
Equipped with a reinforced high-torque rotary head delivering 4,000 N·m maximum torque and 25 kN push-pull thrust, optimised for 4" and 5" DTH hammers in large 115–165 mm blast holes. Features an extended 4,010 mm one-time advance stroke, accommodating Φ76 mm and heavy Φ89 mm drill pipes, for faster penetration to 25 meters.
Built on a reinforced 12,100 kg crawler undercarriage with 430 mm ground clearance and ±10° hydraulic frame levelling for stable tramming and drilling on ≤25° quarry benches. Equipped with an onboard hydraulic cyclonic laminar-flow dry dust collection system to capture over 99% of airborne rock fines directly at the hole collar.
