Operating up to 10 times faster than conventional rotary drills, it supports both high-pressure DTH air hammer drilling in hard bedrock (f=6–20) and mud circulation or casing advancement in loose overburden, sand, and gravel.
Equipped with an industrial 42 kW Yunnei diesel engine driving dedicated hydraulic pumps. All tramming, mast elevation, feed, and rotation are fully hydraulic, meaning compressed air is consumed solely by the downhole hammer for maximum fuel economy.
At only 1,500 mm in width and 4,000 kg total weight, the KS150R easily slips through standard residential garden gates. Durable rubber tracks protect brick pavers, lawns, and asphalt driveways from damage while providing 25° climbing ability.
The heavy-duty structural mast features a 3,000 mm stroke, directly accommodating standard 3-meter drill pipes (⌀76 mm or ⌀89 mm), minimizing pipe joint connection downtime on boreholes down to 150 meters.
Hydraulic top drive power head delivers 3,200–3,800 N·m rotary torque and dual speed selection (38–55 rpm), providing the ideal balance of rotational speed for soil and rock formations.
Capable of executing eccentric and concentric casing advancement drilling in loose alluvial layers, sand, and gravel to prevent borehole collapse before penetrating into stable deep aquifers.
Four high hydraulic outriggers enable quick, stable leveling on sloped terrain and elevate the rig high enough for flatbed trailers or light utility trucks to back underneath, allowing 100% crane-free self-loading.
